All reviews

I’m absolutely delighted with my new bathroom, completed by Kevin and Ryan. They’ve done an excellent job: very knowledgeable, tidy, and the finish is fantastic. They kept me informed throughout the process. Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly and without any fuss. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future jobs and would highly recommend them.

How a job runs

From the first message to the finished room.

No surprises: you know what happens next at every step.

  1. Get in touch

Send the form or call with what you’re planning. A couple of photos of the room help us understand the job.

  2. We look at the job

We come out free of charge to measure up, talk through what you want and point out anything worth knowing before you decide.

  3. A written quote

You get a free written quote for the work, so you know where you stand before anything starts.

  4. The work, then a tidy finish

We agree a start date, keep you posted as the job goes on and leave the room clean and ready to use.

How we price a job

Every bathroom is different, so we quote each one after seeing it rather than from a price list. Visits and quotes are free, and the quote is in writing, so you know the cost before anything starts. Payment terms and any deposit are agreed with you once you’ve accepted the quote.

If you have a budget in mind, say so when you get in touch: it helps us suggest the right options.

Questions people ask

Before you get in touch.

Anything else? Ask us: a straight answer costs nothing.

How long does a bathroom take?

Bathrooms vary in size and requirements, but most take 6 to 7 days. A big room with all the trims can be 10 days or more. We’ll give you a timescale with your quote.

Where do the suite and tiles come from?

We work with local suppliers, who help you choose and draw up the design. [To confirm: whether KJL also fits a suite and tiles you’ve bought yourself.]

Will I be without a bathroom?

For part of the job, yes: we plan the order of work so the toilet is out of action for as short a time as we can manage, and we tell you before we start.

Do you cover my area?

We work in Ipswich and about 20 miles around in Suffolk: Woodbridge, Felixstowe, Kesgrave, Needham Market, Stowmarket, Hadleigh and the villages between. We don’t work in Essex. A little further out in Suffolk? Ask: it often depends on the job.
