In our customers’ words.

Kevin and his team were hard working and skilled. They turned my awkward bathroom into a practical space that I love. Thank you Kevin!

Kevin did such a thorough job on our bathroom and en-suite, we are absolutely delighted with the results. He made sure everything was done to such a high standard. Would definitely recommend.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Kevin and team for a fantastic job on our bathroom and en-suite. Highly recommended and the first person I would call for future work.

I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen! Kevin and his team were professional, reliable, and meticulous from start to finish. The craftsmanship is outstanding, every detail has been finished to perfection, and the transformation has exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t recommend Kevin and his team more highly. Thank you!

Great job done by Kevin, highly recommended by me and so happy with the job, very efficient and friendly and not one trace of any mess at all.

Kevin and Ryan completed two lengths of fencing in our garden and we are incredibly happy with their work. Both are professional, respectful and communicate effectively as they go along. They alerted us to any potential problems and always had a solution ready, which made the job as smooth as possible. I would have KJL Maintenance Ltd complete any work both inside and out as I know we always get a good job, reasonably priced with trusted professionals. Thank you.

Kevin has just completed this bathroom for us. We couldn’t be happier with the work both Kevin and Ryan did. They were reliable and trustworthy. Took great pride in their work. Kept us informed through the whole project. Will have them back soon for the next home project. Would give 5 stars.

Kevin and Ryan did an absolutely fantastic job on my uncle’s shower room. Poor Kevin hit some unexpected hurdles but did an amazing job at rectifying them! Kevin helped us out considerably knowing how desperate I was to get the shower room done for my uncle. Both guys are great and when we need more work doing Kevin will definitely be my first call.

Kevin and Ryan have done a significant amount of work in our home and have always been friendly, trustworthy and dependable. Having had a bad experience before we found KJL Building Maintenance, I was very sceptical; however, Kevin was honest and upfront at first meeting and always delivered within the specified timeframe. I felt comfortable leaving Kev and Ryan in my home while I went out, communication is good and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Kevin always works within his scope of expertise and will recommend other professionals to complete any element of work that he doesn’t feel able to do. We have already booked them to come back for further renovations later in the year.

Thank you so much Kevin for building mum a new downstairs shower room. It’s fabulous, and mum is so pleased with it. Your attention to detail, workmanship, tidiness and work-rate are admirable. Everything was completed on time with no issues. Every day the job was left cleaned, hoovered and tidied. Cannot recommend Kevin enough. The shower room took up an old dining room: all electrics, plumbing, installation and decorating was completed in 2 weeks. Fantastic work.

I’m absolutely delighted with my new bathroom, completed by Kevin and Ryan. They’ve done an excellent job: very knowledgeable, tidy, and the finish is fantastic. They kept me informed throughout the process. Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly and without any fuss. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future jobs and would highly recommend them.
